Please understand we do not accept returns as our product can not be determined as used or not. De Vana reserves the right to deny returns for reasons such as ‘change of mind’ as it is your sole responsibility to check the product description and ingredients. Step 1: Snap a picture of the area you’re treating (lashes, brows, etc.) and ensure it has a timestamp on it.

Step 2: For the first week of applications, take a picture every day with a timestamp as you continue to use the product. 

Step 3: After that, take a picture once a week for the remaining 12 weeks, each with a timestamp.

Step 4: Send us an email at info@devana.com.au with all your time-stamped photos. 

Step 5: While we strive to answer as fast as we can, please allow for up to 3 business days for your application to be processed. Afterward, we’ll follow up with an email regarding your refund.
